What is need for Relaxing
There are sometimes when you just want to take a break and just let worries go .In a situation like that , ask yourself what is the need for relaxing? When you answer yourself ,you will come aware of the reason you are tired/bored, and let go that unwilling stress. I know it is not easy as easy ,like yeah right ,just say it and the stress will go away and you will enter relaxing mode .When I told this to my brother he was like ,'yeah right people are like mobile phones or computers that you give a command and will enter the silent mode or in this case the relaxing mode'. I know we are not but what is the point if you cant convince your mind to do one task for yourself.If its not easy ,that does not mean its impossible.I mean come on,you cant even relax.
When I want to relax, I tell my mind we got a task to do.When I can do work for my boss ,I sure can enjoy relaxing for myself.

Here is what you need to do :
- Sit /Lie down with eyes closed
- Take a normal breath in and a deep breath out (From Nose)
- Now, deep breathing (from your nose) and while doing so think of ocean or bunch of roses or what ever you like.
- Hold your breathe as long as you can .(Dont choke your self, take it easy !!!!)
- Release your breath. (from nose )
Then count backwards from 47 to 1 and open your eyes with a smiling face at number 0.
Enjoy relaxing. :)
What dont believe me,go ahead try it, hardly take 5 to 10 minutes .
